Larry Wayne Shumaker

Larry Wayne Shumaker the son of Wayne Shumaker and Rose Schaffert Shumaker was born in Wray, Colorado on January 27, 1939 and passed away in Heber Springs, Arkansas on January 4, 2016 at the age of 76 years. He retired from being a truck driver with Batesville Casket Company. He made many good friends during his life that he loved. He dearly loved his family and church family. Larry was a Christian and a Mason. He was preceded in death by his wife Dixie, son Larry Shumaker Jr., grandson, Blaine Horsman and a brother, Dallas Shumaker. He had four sisters. He is survived by a daughter, Cathy Horsman and husband Ed; three grandchildren, Blake Horsman, Zach Shumaker and wife Brittany and Katie Horsman. A memorial service will be held Saturday, January 9, 2016 at 11 a.m. in Full Gospel Tabernacle in Shirley, Arkansas.
