Joe Burns Sr., 90, of Little Rock, died Friday. Jan. 1, 2016 at VA Hospital in Little Rock. Funeral will be 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 9, 2016 at St. Peters Rock in Dumas with Rev. C.L. Beal officiating. Burial in Jerusalem Cemetery in Pickens by Brown Funeral Home of Dumas.
