Sammy Joe Howard, 64, of DeWitt, passed away December 22, 2015 at his home. Memorial service will be Saturday, January 9, 2015 at 2 p.m at East Side Baptist Church in DeWitt, Arkansas. Service is entrusted to McKinzie Funeral Home of DeWitt, Arkansas.
