MARVIN K. HOLEMAN, 83, of Jacksonville, peacefully went to be with his Lord on Saturday, Jan. 9, 2016. A member of the Church of Christ since a young adult, he always served in every congregation he attended. Born in Rose Bud, Ark. to Charley & Nettie Millsaps Holeman, he graduated from Rose Bud High School in 1950 and joined the United States Air Force in 1952, serving for 21 years until his retirement as a MSgt., earning many awards and commendations throughout his career. He later owned and operated A&M Appliance Service in Jacksonville for many years. Marvin was a scrupulously honest and honorable man who has left his family a legacy of fidelity and commitment. He was preceded in death by his parents, his seven brothers and sisters; and daughter, Jennifer Holeman Stuart. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife and sweetheart of 64 wonderful years, Mary Anne Conder Holeman; daughter, Brenda (Jerry) Sellers; son Kenneth (Andi) Holeman; grandchildren: Jason (Carey) Sellers, Danny (Brittani) Sellers, Aaron Sellers, Whitney (Billy) Riggins, Jessica Holeman, Dustin Stuart and Cory Stuart; seven great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews along with a host of friends. A visitation will be held on Monday, Jan. 11, from 6- 8 p.m. at Griffin Leggett Rest Hills Funeral Home, 7724 Landers Rd., N. Little Rock.
