Mother Lucy Ann Carter, 92, of Little Rock, passed away on Thursday, January 21, 2016. She leaves to cherish her memory; children, Mary Ann (Robert) Jones, Emma (Charles) Gilcrease, Roy (Annie C.) Carter, Ethel Sykes, Tony (Ledale) Carter, Diane (Willie) Phillips, John (Felecia), Horace (LaVada) Hymes; two daughters in law, Sharon Carter and Annie Carter; one brother, George Couch. Funeral services will be held tomorrow, 11 a.m. at Holy Temple Cathedral Church of God in Christ, 1322 South Pulaski Street. The family will receive today from 6-7 p.m. at the funeral home.
