Billy Leroy Bell, 69, Little Rock passed January 25, 2016. Survivors: three sons, Gerald Bell of Oklahoma, Derrick Bell of Texas, and Angelo Butler of Little Rock, a host of other relatives and friends. Billy was a longtime Employee at Stonebridge Rehab Health Center, College Station.
