Faye Parker Riggs

Faye Parker Riggs, 98, departed this life for a life in heaven in the early morning of July 19, 2016. She was born on March 3, 1918 in Plumerville, Arkansas. She is survived by her son, Larry T. Riggs and wife Pamela of Kingwood, Texas and brother, Woodrow Parker of Little Rock and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert Thomas and Linnie Garrett Parker, husband, Charles Owen Riggs, son, Charles Parker Riggs, grandson, Jeffrey Harlan Riggs, one brother, three sisters and ten half brothers and sisters. She moved to Houston, Texas in 1948 with her husband and two sons, where they lived until 1975. She and her husband moved back to Morrilton, Arkansas to be near their beloved family and the state of Arkansas.
