Billy Osborne Hurt, of Little Rock, passed away on Monday, July 31, 2017. He was born in Little Rock on September 1, 1931. He was a civil engineer. Survivors include his wife of 64 years, Sheila; his daughter, Susan and his granddaughter, Brittany. Preceded in death by his daughter, Barbara.
