DONALD ROMEYN JACK JR., 81, of Sherwood, Ark., passed away Sunday, July 30, 2017. He was born Sept. 20, 1935 in Manhattan, N.Y., to Donald Jack Sr. and Helen Lewis Jack. He retired as a crew chief with the U.S. Army.
He is survived by his wife, Jevonne Jack; sons, Donald (Diana) Jack, Jeffrey (Adriane) Jack, and Shawn Jack; brother, Patrick (Rose) Jack; sisters, Lorraine (Ronnie) Scarpinati, Ellen (Jimmy) Pulice; grandchildren, Destiny, Seth, Ethan, Isabella, Ryan and Kailey.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m., Monday, Aug. 7, 2017 at Smith-Sherwood Funeral Home, 7700 Highway 107, Sherwood, Ark. 72120, (501) 834-1191. Interment to follow at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery with full military honors.
Family will receive friends 3-5 p.m., Sunday at the funeral home.
