BOBBY MORDEN, 47, of Sherwood, passed away Friday, Aug. 4, 2017. He was born May 29, 1970, in North Little Rock to Billy and Linda Morden. He is preceded in death by his brother, Randy Morden. Bobby worked at Wright's Cabinets in Jacksonville for almost 30 years, serving as president for the last several years. He is survived by his wife of 21 years, Jacque Lyles Morden; children, Max and Rachel Morden; parents, Billy and Linda Morden; sister, Stacie Henson (Jim); grandmother, Maeola Broyles; one niece; two nephews; three great-nieces and a great-nephew; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends who all loved him dearly.
The family would like to thank his oncologist, Dr. Arnaoutakis, as well as the many other doctors and nurses at UAMS who cared for Bobby during his recent hospitalization. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Lung Cancer Alliance or to the UAMS Cancer Institute. Visitation will be held Wednesday, Aug. 9, 2017, from 6-8 p.m. at Griffin Leggett Rest Hills Funeral Home in North Little Rock.
