Mr. Leroy Jacobs, 81, of Carthage, passed Sunday, July 30, 2017. Funeral Service will be 11 a.m, Saturday, August 12, 2017 at First Baptist Church in Carthage by Bishop Walter Hawkins. Interment will be at Hampton Springs Cemetery by Brown-Williams Funeral Home of Fordyce.
