Josephine E. Ferrel, 82, of Booneville passed away Aug. 25, 2017. She was born Sept. 23, 1934 in Perlee, Iowa, the daughter of Arthur and Thelma (Coil) Kessler. A private family gathering will be held at a later date. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Booneville Funeral Service.
