Augustus James Ryals

Augustus James Ryals passed peacefully in the arms of his parents on December 7, 2017. Gus was born November 18, 2017. He is the son of Garrett and Morgan Ryals of Cabot. Gus is survived by his maternal grandparents, Mike and Dawn Verkler of Cabot, paternal grandparents, Martha Henderson of Hector and Jeff Ryals of Pottsville, great grandparents, uncles, aunts and countless friends. During Gus' 19 days here on Earth, he touched and inspired so many lives all around the world. He was the greatest answer to our prayers, but the Lord needed him more. During his brief time here, Gus increased others' faith, prayer life and walk with God. Gus experienced being held by his parents, listening to his mommy sing him songs and reading him books, getting warm baths and being told he was loved uncountable times. Gus will always be treasured and deeply loved by his family and friends, and they will have the sweetest reunion one day in Heaven. We would like to thank the staff of the NICU at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock for the incredible care they provided Gus and us each hour of every day.
