Ozell Collier, 66, of Jackson, Miss. departed this life December 13, 2017. He was preceded in death by: parents, Rodell and Martha Collier; brothers, Leon, Rodell, Louis, Joe, Ezell and John Collier. Ozell leaves to cherish his memory: spouse, Mildred Collier; children, Ryan Collier, Steven Womack, Michael Womack and Paul Womack; siblings, Mary West, Calvin Collier, Barbara Tidwell, Cleophis Collier and Francis Mason; and a host of other relatives and friends.
