Sammie Dean Mancell

Sammie Dean Mancell, 86, of Lonoke, passed away Sunday, December 24, 2017. He was born April 5, 1931 in Darling, MS to Leroy Mancell and Mattie Avant. Sammie was preceded in death by his parents. Survived by; wife Earlean Barnes Mancell, of Lonoke; daughter Pam Moody (Roy), of Lonoke; granddaughters Lisa Mancell, of Harrison, Meia Waters, of Harrison, Karrie Korzen, of Cabot, Kym Warren (Bill), of Carlisle, April Waters (Jamie), of Kentucky, Katie McArdle (Paul), of North Carolina and 11 great-grandchildren. Sammie retired from the United States Air Force and Remington Arms. Visitation will be Thursday, December 28 from 10-11 a.m. with service to follow at Boyd Funeral Home Chapel.
