Randall Orman Smith

Randall Orman Smith, 66, of Benton, Arkansas, passed away Tuesday, December 26, 2017. He was born December 30, 1950 in Hammond, Indiana and moved to Arkansas at the age of 9. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving in Viet Nam. In 2010 Randall retired from Centerpoint Energy after 36 years of service. Randall was a Master Mason of Congo Lodge #634, Past Patron of Congo Hill Chapter #620, past Patron of Hot Springs National Park #635 and the American Legion. He is survived by his wife, Anna Brannon Smith; children, Barry Smith( Angie), Lee Lowe and Michael Brannon (Misty); mother, Betty Johnson; father & step-mother, Oliver & Lois Smith; brothers, Roger Smith (Monica), Ron (Cathy) Smith, Robert Harris (Shirley); sister, Suzy Henderson (Mike); and seven grandchildren. Pallbearers are Paul Evans, Lester Harrell, Michael Brannon, Barry Smith, Jason Smith and Justin Smith. Honorary pallbearers are Spencer Smith, Albert Ray, Caden Brannon and Wyatt Lowe. Visitation will be Thursday, 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Gross Funeral Home, with Masonic and Eastern Star services. Graveside service will be 10 a.m. Friday at Memorial Gardens Cemetery with Rev.
