John Charles Kinder

John Charles Kinder, 74, of Bella Vista, Arkansas passed away at his home on December 27, 2017. John is preceded in death by his parents, Victor Kinder and Willa Mae Lull and his brother, Larry Kinder. John is survived by his loving wife, Carla of 33 years. They were married in Perry, Iowa on December 1, 1984. John is lovingly remembered by his wife Carla of Bella Vista, Arkansas, brother, Gary of Mustang, Oklahoma, brother, Tom Lull of Martensdale, Iowa and children, Robin Burke (Bob) of Perry, Iowa and Shelly Weigel of Urbandale, Iowa, and grandchildren, Madison DeSchamp (Brent), Brooklyn Storm (Kyle) Ian Burke (Victoria), Peyton Weigel, Piper Weigel, six great-grandchildren, mother-in-law, Carol Bohner of Perry, and many nieces and nephews. John was born in Burbank, California in 1943. He graduated from Wentworth Military Academy and served in the US Army from 1961-1964. He worked several jobs throughout his career including Armstrong Tire and Rubber, Superintendent of the Perry Cemetery, Deputy Sheriff in Grand County Colorado, Schwans and most recently he was a partner in Customs Electronics. Over the years, he owned and operated Timberline Sports Shop and KKB Gun Shop. He enjoyed hunting and spending time with his family and friends. Family visitation will be from 1 p.m. – 3 p.m. on Saturday, December 30th at Carris Family Funeral Home in Perry, Iowa, followed by a Memorial Service at 3 p.m. Memorials may be left in memory of John Kinder.
