Carl Barnett, age 84 of Watson passed away Friday, Dec. 30, 2016 at his home. Funeral Service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 4, 2016 at Stephenson-Dearman Chapel. Burial will follow in Rash Cemetery.
