Arthur James Barnes Jr., 78 of Little Rock, AR transitioned December 28, 2016. He was preceded in death by: parents, Arthur J. Barnes Sr. and Gertrude Barnes; son, Mark Jackson; and sisters, Gertie Brannon, Marilyn Barnes, and Bobbie Jean Phillips. Arthur leaves to cherish memories with his children, Arletha Barnes, Trina Nix, Joy Johnson, Ronald Barnes, Geoffrey Smith, and Keith Smith; siblings, Beverly Joyce Hines, Jacquelyn Dancy, Marsha Beard, Edmond Barnes Sr., and Kathryn Carter; nine grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.
