He is survived by his wife, Sheila Carothers of West Monroe, La.; daughter, Brandi Shockley and her husband Shannon of Tyrone; son, Scott Carothers and his wife Lilly Carothers of Senoia; granddaughter, Delana Reynolds of Tyrone; siblings, Pamela White and her husband Ricky of Conway, Ark.; Robert Carothers and his wife Lois of England, Ark.; James Carothers of Lonoke, Ark.; Francis Carothers of Lonoke, Ark.; John Carothers of Lonoke, Ark.; Gerald Carothers and his wife Gail of Lonoke, Ark.; Susan Licea of Lonoke, Ark. and Dale Carothers and his wife Donna of Lonoke, Ark.
