Kimberlee Joyce Dodson, 34, of Newark, Arkansas lost her battle with cancer Monday, January 23, 2017. Born February 25, 1982, in Monticello, Arkansas, she was the daughter of Melinda Freeman and Kim Dodson. She graduated from Southside High School in the year 2000, and studied accounting at UACCB. Kimberlee was the "boss" at Independent Auto Sales in Batesville. She was loyal, honest, "sassy", determined, kindhearted, with a joyous spirit, and a beautiful smile. She had a zest for life and enjoyed fishing, camping, spending time and traveling with her family. Kimberlee loved her children and others and was loved by many. She put others first, had a "heart for God", and was steadfast in her faith. She was a member of Believers Community Church in Batesville. Survivors include her best friend, Gene Wickersham of Newark; one son, Brycen Sutton; two daughters, Alyson Wickersham and Madison Wickersham; mother, Melinda Freeman of Hot Springs; father, Kim Dodson and wife, Tina, of Pfeiffer; brother, Keith Dodson of Batesville; stepsisters, Samantha Hill of Cord and Reva Hill of Strawberry; maternal grandparents, James and Ellouise Freeman of Pine Bluff; and several aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Mom Betty and Papa Joe. There will be a celebration of life at 1 p.m., Friday, January 27, 2017, at Believers Community Church with Bro. David Insell and Bro. Joe Insell officiating. Burial will be in Blue Springs Cemetery at Newark under the direction of Roller-Crouch Funeral Home of Batesville.
