FRANCES SMART "GRANNY" DAVIS, 75, of North Little Rock, died on Jan. 26, 2017. She was born on March 6, 1941 in North Little Rock. Frances was preceded in death by two daughters; Shelia Gipson and Shelly Davis. Survivors include granddaughter; Stephanie Davis, sister; Betty Bostic, brother; David Smart and ex-husband; Frank Davis. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
