Carolyn Fiser

Carolyn Fiser, 84, died Sunday, July 2, 2017. She was born in Marshall, Ark., to James Grant and Rue Ashley. She was a devoted teacher for 42 years and touched the lives of so many. She was a member of Mt. Carmel United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; James (Bud) Fiser, and sister; Joyce Beene. Mrs. Fiser is survived by her children; Dee and Masami Fiser, Joy and Archie Simmons, Lisa and Robert Zakrzewski, step-children; Vickie and Charlie Hall, Gail and James Lavender, six grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren and one nephew; Danny Beene. Visitation will be held from 12-2 p.m., Thursday, July 6, 2017 in the chapel of Pinecrest Funeral Home, 7401 Hwy 5 N., Alexander, Ark. A funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. with Reverend Ronnie Inman officiating. Burial will be at Forest Hills Memorial Park.
