Joyce Carol Fehlman

Joyce Carol Fehlman, 82, of Little Rock passed away on July 3, 2017. She was born in Chicago, Ill. and moved to Arkansas in the late 1970's. She loved to cross-stitch, draw, play bingo, bible studies, and visit with people. She was a strong Christian lady whose calling was to provide counsel and prayer for people in need. Over the years, she helped care for numerous foster children. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 45 years, Gilbert Fehlman; brother, Bud; mother, Carol; and father, Robert. Joyce was a loving mother of four children: Jeff, Peggy, Tammy and Bob. She dearly loved her seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The CALL, P.O. Box 25524, Little Rock, Ark. 72221. Burial will be with her husband in Arkansas State Veteran's Cemetery.
