Thomas James Caldwell Sr. the son of the late Restee and Earl Caldwell Sr. was born May 7, 1947 in Star City, Arkansas. The sunset of his life was Tuesday, June 27, 2017. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, July 7, 2017 at the P.K. Miller Mortuary in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Interment will be in the Arkansas Memorial Gardens, Jacksonville, Arkansas by the P.K. Miller Mortuary. Visitation will be held Friday night at the mortuary from 6-7 p.m.
