William "Bill" Thompson

WILLIAM "BILL" L. THOMPSON, 88, of Little Rock died Friday, July 7, 2017. He was born on Nov. 22, 1928 in Hickory Plains, Ark., to John T. and Susie Tyson Thompson. He was a veteran of the Korean War and retired from Sears after 39 years as an Electronic Technician. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Freeda Crow Thompson, of Little Rock; brothers, Franklin Thompson of Phoenix, Ariz., and J. W. Thompson of DeValls Bluff, Ark. He is preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Theodore, Herman, Sellious and Carroll Thompson; sisters, Ora Harrison, Lucille Hampton, Grace Davis and Wanda Sue Thompson. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. on Wednesday, July 12 at Little Rock Funeral Home with Mr. Don McClain officiating. Visitation will be from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 11 at the Funeral Home.
