Lou Martin Samuel

Lou Martin Samuel died on June 29, 2017. Lou was born on June 8, 1951 in Little Rock, Ark. to his parents, Dr. John Maurice Samuel and Irene Gaston Samuel. Lou was a gifted storyteller, and had an engaging personality, a deep love for his family, and a lifelong passion for literature and the outdoors. Lou is survived by his daughter, Lauren Bess Samuel, his son and daughter-in-law, Justin Max Samuel and Erin Lynn Bleichfeld, and his two grandchildren, Eva Irene and Beatrice Jane Samuel. A Memorial Service is scheduled for Sunday, July 16 at 11:30 a.m., at Temple B'Nai Israel, 3700 Rodney Parham Road, Little Rock, Ark. The family has requested that memorial donations be made to the Southern Poverty Law Center or the charity of your choice.
