Kendrick Taylor Michael made his final journey on July 16, 2017 in Phoenix, Ariz. He was born on April 14, 1997 in Russellville, Ark. to Todd and Tysa Michael. Taylor graduated from Bentonville High School where he played football and ran track. Taylor had moved to Arizona and was planning to attend college in the fall. Taylor had an infectious smile and loved his family and friends. He was predeceased by grandpa, Joe Michael; Memie, Eunice Kendrick; grandmother, June Bretzman; and grandfather Erwin Burmeister. Taylor leaves to cherish his memory his parents, Todd and Tysa Michael; sister, Madison Michael and brother, Walker Michael all of Rogers, Ark. His grandparents, Lynda Kendrick Michael of Mesa, Ariz., Brad and Diane Burmeister of Minnesota, and Wendy Boles of Minnesota. His great grandfather, Shorty Bretzman and great-grandmother, Gilda Burmeister. His uncles, Phil (Rebecca) Michael of Gilbert, Ariz., Jordan (Alyssa) Burmeister of Minnesota. His aunts, Kyla (Eric) Kuphal, Candace (Shane) Trondson, Branigan (Jordan) Nilssen, Bethany (Cody) Lewis all of MN and a host of cousins that he loved. Memorial Services will be Saturday, July 22, 2017 at 9:30 a.m. at Fellowship Bible Church in Rogers, Ark. In lieu of flowers a scholarship Memorial Fund has been set up in Taylor's name. You can either send memorials to Taylor Michael Memorial Scholarship Fund c/o Arkansas Community Foundation, 1400 West Markham, Suite 206, Little Rock, Ark. 72201 or online at www.arcf.org/taylormichael. This will be used to support scholarships for Bentonville High School Trak students. Taylor was a loving and giving person in life who had a big heart and was always looking for ways to help those in need. He continued that in death as he made the choice to donate his organs so that others might live.
