Barbara Ann Hardman-Jones

Barbara Ann Hardman-Jones, 82, passed quietly on July 15. A lifelong partner to her husband Ira, Barbara will be remembered as a dedicated mother, grandmother, homemaker and educational professional dedicating 17 years of service as a paraprofessional working with special needs children for the Arkansas School System. Barbara regularly taught Sunday school at her Methodist Church in Danville, Il and served as a Methodist Youth Counselor there as well. Barbara is preceded in death by her husband but survived by her sister, Patricia Davis, daughter, Carol Brown and grandchildren, Lindan Lawson and Christopher Brown. A memorial service will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, July 29 at Suntree Methodist Church. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Special Olympics (specialolympics.org).
