G. Everett Slavens

G. Everett Slavens, age 85, Professor Emeritus of History at Ouachita Baptist University died May 15, 2017 in Las Cruces, N.M. He is survived by his children, Margaret (Rob) Evans, Douglas (Carol) Slavens and Rebecca Bowen, as well as six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Memorial Services will be Saturday, June 3rd at 11 a.m. at First Presbyterian Church in Arkadelphia.
