Leland Carrol Davidson age 80, of Cabot went to be with the Lord on June 4, 2017. He retired after working 36 years for Certified Groceries in California. He was a member of the Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church.
He is survived by his son, James Davidson of Austin; daughter, Sandra Davidson of Little Rock; granddaughter Jazmine (Alan) Kumpe of Scott; great grandson, Kyle Kumpe of Scott; two brothers Dale (Esther) Dean, of Green Valley, Arizona, and Mike Dean of Norwalk, California; four sisters, Bobbie Stanley of Cabot, Marcine (Douglas) Stutzman of Ward, Phyllis Dean of Cabot, and Sharon (Timothy) McQuaid of Cabot. He was preceded in death by his wife Melba Hicks Davidson; parents, Oscar and Katie Dean, and one sister, Cora Guess.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m., Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe. Graveside service will be Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Oak Grove Cemetery. Arrangements by Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe. www.SmithFamilyCares.com.
