David William Lewis

David William Lewis, 67, died June 11, 2017. He was born May 8, 1950 to Willie Lee and Marie Cox Lewis. Mr. Lewis was a member of Mt. Holly Presbyterian Church and the LCS Hunting Club. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by an infant sister, Sandra Lee Lewis. David is survived by his wife, Louise H. Pelt Lewis of Mt. Holly, Ark.; two sons, Dr. Johnathan W. Lewis and his wife, Tammy of Camden, Ark., and Dr. Jeffrey E. Lewis and his wife, Amy of Mt. Holly, Ark.; a sister, Julia Lewis Mitchell and her husband, Raymond; four grandsons, Bill, Charlie, Joseph and Colton Lewis; many aunts and uncles; numerous nieces and nephews; a host of cousins and several hunting buddies. Proctor Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m Monday at the funeral home.
