Nathan Guy McKown

Nathan Guy McKown, 25, of Fayetteville, passed away on Saturday, June 10, 2017. He was born on May 21, 1992 in Fayetteville to Scott and Kristi (Dodd) McKown. Nathan was a free spirited young man who never met a stranger. He had an incredible gift of generosity and was described by many as being "big hearted". His love for music led him to attend music festivals all over the country. One of his greatest passions was for his dogs Chakra, Kaya and Maki. His brother and sister adored their incredible big brother. Left to cherish Nathan's memory are his parents, Scott and Kristi of Springdale; a brother, Benjamin McKown of Springdale; a sister, Kaylee McKown of Springdale; grandparents, Jim and Phyllis McKown, John and Betty Edmunds and Jay and Brenda Dodd; several aunts, uncles, cousins; and many friends. Nathan will be missed by his family, friends, loved ones and all who knew him. A visitation will be 5-7 p.m., Tuesday June 13, 2016 at Westfield Chapel Funeral Home in Springdale.
