Wanda Lee (Gladden) Egle, age 87, of Chadron, Nebraska, formerly of Hot Springs, passed away on Saturday, June 10, 2017. She was born on February 13, 1930 in Caddo Gap, the daughter of Odie Mae Robbins and Oscar Richard Gladden Sr. She was preceded in death by her parents; her brothers, Berlin Gladden, Oscar Richard Gladden Jr., George Orlando Gladden, and Arlie William Gladden; and her sister, Laverne Odessa Gladden. Wanda enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She enjoyed travelling with her sisters, outings with her daughter, Ann, playing games, cross stitch, crochet, her cat, Tazzy, and TV game shows. She was previously active in church life and loved fishing and gardening. She is survived by her daughter, Ann Rhine (Randy); her grandchildren; Rachael Rhine Milliard (Brandon) and John Rhine (Randi); and her great grandchildren, Quinn and Sage. She is also survived by her sisters, Hagar Ladosca Crowder, Flossie Mae Doyle (Claude), Mary Elizabeth Kelly, and Gloria Maurine Daniel; and several nieces and nephews. Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday, in the Davis-Smith Funeral Home Chapel, Glenwood, with Bro. Teddy Hill officiating. Visitation will be Saturday, 1 p.m. until service time, at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Claude Doyle, Stanley Kelly, Tommy Kelly, Paul Gladden, Randy Rhine, and John Rhine.
