Hilda "Louise" Ballard-Cox, 69, of Little Rock was called home to be with the Lord on Sunday, June 18, 2017. She leaves to cherish her memories: her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. Felton and Andrea Hunter and loving grandchildren, Montez Roseby and Megan Cox.
