GERALD W. "PETE" BURKS, age 71, of Little Rock, passed away June 20, 2017. He was born June 12, 1946 to the late George W. and Selma Burks.
He was preceded in death by his son, Paul Bryan Burks, and his sister, Georganna Burks-Hunter.
Survivors include, his wife Jill Burks; daughter Barbra Burks-Ford (Marc) of Lonoke; son Bryan Burks (Lizzy) of Poyen; daughter Allison Burks-Sledge (BJ) of Mabelvale; brother James Burks of Hazen; grandchildren Tanner, Bryanna, Brittney, Jake, Taylor, Candace, Phillip, Carrie, Christina, Savanna, Zachary, and Hunter; and two great grandchildren.
A visitation is scheduled at 2 p.m. Monday, June 26, 2017 at Roller-Ballard Funeral Home in Benton with a graveside service to follow at Ten Mile Cemetery in Lonsdale, Ark.
