Rebecca Lynn Melder

Rebecca Lynn Melder, 62, of Cabot died Sunday, June 18, 2017. She was born April 20, 1955 in Little Rock to the late Woodrow and Glenna Chandler Garner. Mrs. Melder was of the Baptist faith. She loved to travel and spend time with her grandchildren. She enjoyed shopping and jewelry and was a fan of Rock-a-Billy music. Mrs. Melder owned and operated "Becky's Flower Shop" for many years. She also worked for Dyston Tool and Die and later, Processed Power as their administrative assistant. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Melder was preceded in death by her first husband, Claude Ellis in 1997. Mrs. Melder is survived by her husband Fred Melder; son, Scott Ellis (Jami) of Ferndale; step-son, Lee Melder (Christy) of Cabot; grandchildren, Denver Ellis, Garrett Ellis, Logan Melder, Carly Melder and Cooper Melder and brother, Jim Garner (Debbie) of Hot Springs.
