Superintendent Joe Louis Stocker, 76, of Pine Bluff, passed on Monday, October 30, 2017. Services will be held on Friday, November 3rd with visitation from 4 to 6 p.m. at Main Street Church of God in Christ with a celebratory service following and; on Saturday, November 4th at First Trinity Church of God in Christ with visitation from 9:30 a.m. to service time at 11 a.m. His survivors include his wife, Ingrid McNair Stocker; three daughters, Priscillia Smith (Webster, Texas) Teresa Griffin (Southaven, Miss.) and Sylvia Grissom (Charlotte, N.C.) an adopted son, Elder Dennis Johnson (Pine Bluff); four brothers; one sister; and three grandchildren.
