Mae Tilley, 79, of Jacksonville, formerly of Newport, died Tuesday. Survivors include one son, Rickey Tilley and wife, Tammy, of Little Rock; brothers, Moody and Presley Kirksey; one grandson, Parker Hayes; and several nieces and nephews.
