Mary Delores Magby

Mary Delores Gunter Magby passed away Monday, November 6, 2017 in Hospice Care in Little Rock, Arkansas. She was preceded in death by her parents, Marvin and Laverne Gunter, and most recently, her loving husband of 66 years, Bill J. Magby. She leaves behind her daughter, Maribeth Magby of Sherwood; sons, Mark Magby of Atlanta, Georgia and Michael Magby (Rita) of Knoxville, Tennessee and her sister, Gayle Rule Gunter of Little Rock; and a grandson, KC. She retired as office manager for Haverty's Furniture Company, but more importantly she was a devoted wife and mother. She had a long history of health issues for the past 11 1/2 years and was a strong and determined fighter and survivor. She was a walking miracle to those who knew her. She was a faithful and loving servant of Our Lord and a member of Sylvan Hills Community Church for over 67 years. Memorial services will be announced at a later date.
