JAMES DAVID ALLEN, 91, of Little Rock, Ark., formerly of Detroit, Mich., departed this life Nov. 8, 2017. He is preceded in death by his parents, Dave Allen and Lottie Allen; sister, Freddie Mae Williams; nephew, Harold Williams; and niece, Shirley Lewis.x He leaves to cherish his memory with nephews and nieces, Charles E. (Pamela) Williams, Barnell William, Delois (Welton) Alexander, Billie Jo (Edward) Woods, Audrey Smith, Kimberly (Issiah) Payne; and a host of relatives and friends.
