Betty Fay Cotton Zulpo

BETTY FAY COTTON ZULPO, loving wife and mother, age 76, of Little Italy, went to Heaven on Saturday, Nov. 11, 2017. She was born June 6, 1941, in England, Ark., the daughter of the late J.C. Cotton and June Cotton Drennan. Survivors include her husband of 19 years, Julio Zulpo; two children, David Neal and Denise Jones of Pennsylvania; and seven step-children. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 16, at Souls Anchor Church with Shirley Jean Zulpo officiating. Burial will be at St. Francis Cemetery on Wye Mountain.
