Susan Jean Sheldon

Susan Jean Sheldon, age 70, of Paron, Ark., passed away Sunday, Nov. 12, 2017, at Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock. Susan was born to her parents, William C. and Bonnie Sue Blackwell McGinley on March 24, 1947, in Little Rock, Ark. She was retired from Blue Cross Blue Shield and a member of Sardis United Methodist Church. Survivors include her mother, Bonnie Sue McGinley of Little Rock, Ark.; two daughters, Lisa Welch of Paron, Ark. and Charlotte Finkbeiner of Roland, Ark.; four grandchildren, Wesley Finkbeiner, Kristen Oleszkiewicz, Dakota Welch and Macie Welch; three great-grandchildren; her two dogs whom she loved so much, Chloe and Sugar; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband, Alfred Sheldon; father, William McGinley; and one brother, Billy McGinley. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 14, 2017, at Roller Chenal funeral home, 13801 Chenal Parkway, Little Rock, Ark., (501) 224-8300. A visitation will be one hour prior to services.
