Graham Morrison

Graham Morrison, 92, of Redfield, Arkansas, passed away Tuesday, November 21, 2017. He was born May 13, 1925, in Pansy, to Carter and Eula Culp Morrison. He was reared and educated in Monticello, attending Drew Central High School. Mr. Morrison served in the United States Army during World War II during the occupation of Japan. He moved to Redfield in 1948. He was a member of Redfield Missionary Baptist Church where he taught Sunday School. He was a Master Carpenter and was Arkansas Craftsman of the year in 1983. He was a member of the Pine Bluff Local Union. Graham was a charter member of S&H hunting club in New Edinburg, Arkansas. He was preceded in death by his parents; and five siblings. Survivors include his wife, Anemone Benefiel Morrison whom he married in 1944, in Pine Bluff; a daughter, Ann Bailey (Leon) of Redfield; a son, Larry Morrison (Barbara) of Pea Ridge; grandchildren, Kenneth Bailey, Melanie Wells, Joy Heard, Angela Chapman, Wade Morrison, Ross Morrison; twelve great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Friday, 6 to 8 p.m. at Cranford Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 1 p.m., Saturday, November 25, 2017, at Redfield Missionary Baptist Church with Reverends Chris Gage, Joey Meredith and John Mooney officiating.
