Richard Philip "Dick" Holly

Richard Philip "Dick" Holly, 78, of Bella Vista, passed away on Nov. 18, 2017. He was born on Oct. 29, 1939, in Peoria, Ariz., to the late Jerry and Anna Holly. Dick enjoyed golfing and fishing. He loved children and volunteered to teach the skills of fishing and fly-tying in the area schools. He was a member of Bella Vista Community Church, and a member of the Bella Vista Fly-Tyers Club. Survivors include his wife of 37 years, Janice Holly (nee Kratz); brother, John Wayne Holly of Gilbert, Ariz.; granddaughter, Tara Zermeno and husband Jay; great-grandchildren Jayden and Aaliyah Zermeno; and many nieces, nephews, and friends. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 28, at Bella Vista Community Church. Memorials in lieu of flowers may be made to the Bella Vista Fly Tyers to be used for fishing equipment for Cooper Elementary School.
