Brenda Joyce Compton

BRENDA JOYCE PETERS COMPTON, 74, of Little Rock, AR went to be with our Lord and Savior on March 29, 2018 surrounded by her family. Brenda was born in Jacksonville, AR on December 15, 1943 to the late Alonzo and Ruth Peters. She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter B. Compton, Jr., one brother, Edwin Peters and one sister, Evelyn Peters. She is survived by her Son, Tony Compton, of Little Rock, AR; Daughters, Leslie Harger, of Little Rock, AR; and Sheila Scott (Jim) of Cabot, AR; Brothers, Eugene Peters (Sharon) and Marvin Peters (Pam); Sisters, Lucille McGee, Carolyn Kelley, Kathy Little (Levoy) and Karen Hightower. She is also survived by her 8 Grandchildren, Ashley Sample, Kali Kent, Natalie Kent, Ethan Webb, Chandler Compton, Jesse Harger, Heather Compton and Cameron Ording. She was a loving Mother, Grandmother, Sister and Friend that will be tremendously missed by all who knew her. Visitation with the family will be held from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at Roller-Chenal Funeral Home, 13801 Chenal Parkway, Little Rock, AR. A Graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at Forest Hills Memorial Park, 10201 Highway 5 N, Alexander, AR.
