A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at the Griffin Leggett Rest Hills Chapel, 7724 Landers Rd, North Little Rock at 11:30 a.m., April 10th, 2018 with interment to follow that the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please consider memorial donations to The Van, 8016 Faulkner Lake Road, North Little Rock, Ark., 72117 or to Celebrate Recovery, Park Hill Baptist Church, 201 E. "C" Ave., North Little Rock, Ark., 72116. Jason was born in Little Rock, Ark., on August 20, 1975. He graduated from Del City High School in Oklahoma prior to joining the U.S. Air Force. After his USAF service, he returned to Little Rock and joined the U.S. Army Reserve. He was deployed to Bosnia in 1999 for a seven month tour with a Military Police unit assigned to the 10th Mountain Division, during NATO's peacekeeping mission. After his deployment, he reenlisted in the Active Guard and Reserve (AGR) force, assigned to the 90th Regional Support Command until his discharge in 2003. His talents were many, but his favorites were art and writing. An avid reader, history buff, and a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in North Little Rock, there is so much more to say about Jason than can be contained in this writing -- but we're pretty sure the newspaper isn't prepared to publish a book. If you knew him, you know what we mean. Jason, rest well in the arms of Jesus until we are reunited in Heaven. Love, Your Family.
