Victor H. Chapman, Sr. age 97, of Monticello, formerly of St. Louis, Mo., passed away Monday, April 9, 2018, at Belleview Nursing Home in Monticello. Entombment ceremony with military and masonic honors will take place 1:30 p.m. Friday, April 13, 2018, at Valhalla Mausoleum in St. Louis.
