MARVIN DEAN WILLIS, 66, of North Little Rock died on December 15, 2017. Born in Siloam Springs, Ark., to Marvin and Georgia Willis, Dean was a long-time client of Arkansas Community Life Services and was loved by all who knew him. His interment will take place at the Fort Smith National Cemetery, 522 Garland Avenue, on Friday, April 27, 2018, at 11 a.m..
