CHRIS PAUL CORLEY of Little Rock, Arkansas died April 20th 2018 at the age of sixty. Chris was born in Kansas City Missouri on May 31, 1957, and grew up in Fort Smith and Little Rock. He graduated from Southside High School (C'75) in Fort Smith, and then attended the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, where he studied business administration and earned his bachelor's degree. Before retiring he served as the President of Carco Rentals. Chris was a gifted artist, an exceptional drummer, and a car enthusiast. He also had a golden sense of humor. Most importantly, Chris will be remembered as a doting father, loyal son, and friend to many. Accordingly, Chris was endowed with the gentlest of spirits, always rooted for the underdog, and extended his love to both kin and stranger unreservedly. Chris is survived by his children Harris, Jackman, and Bliss Corley and their mother Jane Corley; his mother Jean Wolfe Sizemore of Little Rock; father Carl D. Corley and wife Jacki "Geegaw" Corley of Fort Smith; brother Carl D. "Chip" Corley Jr. of Fort Smith; sister Deborah Corley of Annapolis, Md.; sister Elizabeth "Liz" Bryant of Portland, Ore.; brother Ben Sizemore and wife Allison Futeral of Oakland, Calif.; nieces and nephews Conrad, Nora, Emma, and Garrett Karsten, Colton and Mason Agee, and Hunter Corley, as well as many dear family members in Arkansas and across the country. Private burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery in Fort Smith. A memorial service will be held at First Presbyterian Church of Fort Smith, Ark., on Wednesday April 25th at 11am, under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home. The family will visit with friends following the Memorial service.
